Key Responsibilities:

A. Channel Strategy:

• Support development of comprehensive channel strategies for China, HMT, South Asia and Japan

• Consolidated data base of channel strength in key countries and sub-regions across key categories like SSDs (Sales & Service Dealer), Retailer, wholesaler etc.

B. Channel Engagement:

• Consolidate ongoing channel engagement initiatives across sub-regions

• Evaluate and develop APAC level channel engagement initiative, align key stakeholders and execute

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners

C. Channel Performance:

• Analyze channel performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to optimize performance.

• Collaborate with regional teams to develop key initiatives to improve efficiency, track and report

D. Channel Development:

• Identify gaps with key channel partners and create development tracks

• Engage with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to for enablement of key initiatives to enhance their techno-commercial capabilities, soft-skills, succession planning etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

• 10-15 years of experience in global, Asia channel management, sales, or business development (HVAC / Consumer durable industry preferred).

• Good verbal & written English; Strong communication skills with and collaborative mindset.

• Strong supervisory, people management and leadership skills
