Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Branch/Retail Banking Clerk based in Los Altos, California. The role involves delivering outstanding service to clients, assisting with various banking operations, and maintaining a superior knowledge of banking operations. This role is within the telecom provider industry.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a key liaison for clients, handling their requests and assisting with financial transfers.

• Providing tier 1 support for basic cash management solutions such as online banking, ATM/Debit/Credit cards, Mobile Banking.

• Delivering tier 2 support for cash management solutions such as account set-ups on the business online banking platform.

• Managing a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention and service.

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, prospective clients, and fellow employees via email, phone, or in-person.

• Leveraging decision-making skills and taking ownership of problem resolution.

• Following proper procedures to mitigate risk to the bank within assigned approval authority.

• Assisting clients with new account opening and ensuring proper documentation is in compliance with bank policies and procedures.

• Utilizing skills in 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Banking Operation, Cash Activity, Check Processing, Commercial Banking, Compliance.

• Completing operations work accurately and efficiently.

• Conducting customary teller functions when needed. Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of 3M

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of Banking Operation

• Experience with handling Cash Activity

• Knowledge of Check Processing

• Experience in Commercial Banking

• Proven ability to adhere to Compliance regulations and standards
