What you'll do

· Specialize in designing and implementing Windows server solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability for clients' unique business requirements.

· Provide expert consultation to clients, offering valuable insights on Windows server infrastructure, best practices, and governance. Address specific client needs, aligning solutions with their business objectives.

· Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in Windows server technologies, staying up to date of the latest advancements and incorporating industry best practices into tailored solutions

· identify and resolve complex technical challenges in Windows server environments, optimizing performance through automation, scripting, and adopting DevOps methodologies for efficiency and reliability.

Skills and experiencesss

· Great communication and interpersonal skills - you’re working directly with clients, alongside a team of consultants or within a client team. You’re good at communicating hard concepts so everyone understands.

· Experience in deploying Servers in HyperV or VMware solutions

· Experience in working with Azure Cloud Environments

· Experience in designing Backup. High Availability and DR Scenarios

· Experience engaging with and advising clients, writing high-level and detailed designs and defining architectural topologies

· Comfortable working in large and small teams to design and implement solutions
